1. Ensure the overall financial activities and preparation of the Financial Annual Report or management reports are in compliance with the company policies and local regulations, and meet submission dealines.
2. Responsible of cash flow, accounts receivable and expenses management. |

1. Program updates & News about selected projects and any other related information of the country/developer
2. Property market research and analysis of competition, creating marketing strategy and communicate with Management.
