On December 22, 2016, OBI Capital and V5 System signed investment agreement at V5 office. Mr. Xu Jian, Chairman of OBI Capital, Dr. Cindy Cui, Chairman of SVG, Ms. Xu Liwen, President of US-ASIA Innovation Gateway, Mr. David Haubert, Mayor of the City of Dublin, Mr. David Smith, the former Mayor of Newark, and the co-founders of V5 System, Mr. Steven Yung and Mr. Mazin Bedwan attended the signing ceremony.

Both OBI and V5 System are very satisfied with this deal facilitated by SVG and hope to have more opportunities to participate in other projects in the future. Mr. Xu Jian is very positive about the market prospect of V5 System’s technology and products in both U.S. and China.
