On June 16, 2018, at the invitation of the Education Bureau of Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Dr. Cindy Cui, President of New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator, Chairman of Silicon Valley Global; Jian Xu, the Chairman of Olymbuiler Investment Co., Inc; Dr. Hu Zhen, Director of the Future Education Research Institute of the United States; and Mr. Newell Arnerich, Mayor of Danville City, California and other members of the delegation visited Tongzhou and conducted in-depth talks on bilateral education projects and signed strategic cooperation agreements.
Tongzhou District Education Bureau Director Zhang Jinrong, Deputy Director Qian Guohua, Ge Jiangling, Tongzhou District Experimental Kindergarten, Tongzhou Kindergarten Director, Tongzhou Vocational and Technical College Principal, Tongzhou Pre-school Education Researcher and other leaders and experts attended the meeting. Director Zhang delivered a welcome speech and raised the importance of child care education. He said the current national standards for 2-3 year old child education and parenting are still not perfect. It is very necessary for us to learn from the United States, and other places with rich experience. Through the resource and platform of Future Education in the US, which is wholly funded by Silicon Valley Global and the New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator, he hopes to work closely with Rockin’ Learn to lead the industry in the fields of preschool education and vocational education.

ayor Newell also talked about the the importance of child care in the United States and the educational resources of Future Education in the United States. He will also actively share and exchange research findings and best practices in kindergarten education and teacher training with the Tongzhou District Education Bureau. Dr. Hu, co-founder of the US Future Education Center and head of its China subsidiary, elaborated on the background of Sino-US education, and the purpose of cooperation with Tongzhou District Education Bureau, cooperation contents and planning. The two parties reached an agreement and will jointly establish the China-US Education Research Center.
After the signing ceremony of the cooperation project between the two parties, all participants had heated discussions and reached consensus on the details of the cooperation. Tongzhou Education Bureau, Silicon Valley Global, and Rockin’ Learn will jointly establish a cooperation alliance to establish a joint education research institute. They will organize an Infants and Toddlers Forum, introduce forward-looking preschool programs into classrooms, co-host classes for toddlers in kinder-gardens, send kindergarten directors and key teachers to Rockin’ Learn in the United States to perform “shadow” style follow-up learning, and provide continuing education opportunities for the scientific research and improvement of teachers.
Rockin’ Learn is the first project of Future Education invested by Silicon Valley Global and the new Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator in China, which has received strong support from the Tongzhou District Education Bureau. It will actively introduce American education philosophy, quality curriculum to China, and promote the localization of teachers training for the new generation of children in China.
