May 4, 2018-New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator (Launching Pad) and Tsinghua Dongguan Innovation Center Silicon Valley Office signed collaboration agreement for a long-term partnership.

The Tsinghua Dongguan Innovation Center was jointly established by the municipal government of Dongguan City and the Shenzhen Institute of Tsinghua University in May 2013. Relying on the accumulation of scientific and technological achievements produced by the National Key Laboratories of Tsinghua University over the years as well as top-notch scientists and high-level talents at home and abroad, a high-tech innovation platform for production, learning, research and development will be established in Songshan Lake, Dongguan. The Center will introduce and nurture high-end talents, strengthen research and development, promote investment and financing, entrepreneurship and industry development.

New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator and the Tsinghua Dongguan Innovation Center Silicon Valley Office will complement each other's strengths to jointly establish a U.S.-China Resource Ecosystem Partnership Platform and work together to promote U.S.-China collaborations in the areas of technology, human resources, culture, education, and investment.
