On June 17, 2018, Dr. Cindy Cui, Chairman of Silicon Valley Global and President of New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator; Mr. Newell Arnerich, Mayor of Danville City, California; Mr. Jian Xu, President of Rogers Group (China), and Co-Founder of US Future Education Research Institute Dr. Hu Zhen; and Dr. Tieren Zhou, Chairman of Classmates Science and Technology Education Group, visited Jiashan County on invitation and conducted in-depth discussions with representatives of Jiashan County and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee Secretary-General Shen Dinghua, Jiashan County Chief Xu Mingyang, Deputy Governor Lu Chunhao, and leaders from the Overseas Affairs Office, the Department of Organization, the Bureau of Commerce and the Guigu Science Park Management Committee attended the reception and meeting.

Xu Mingyang, the County Chief, gave a brief introduction Jiashan County, which is located in the center of the Yangtze River Delta and has regional advantages in economy, science, technology, culture, education, and tourism. Director Qian Hui introduced the progress of the construction of the Guigu Park, and the government’s support policy for the introduction of enterprises, and the administrative management commitment of “once for all red tape”.

The mayor of Danville introduced the advantages of Silicon Valley and Danville City in California, and the significant contribution made by Silicon Valley Global, especially in artificial intelligence, low-carbon clean technology, culture, education, sports, and new medicine. Eli Wallach, business development manager of the New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator, then detailed the current success stories of Silicon Valley Global and the New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator.

Mr. Zhou Tieren, Chairman of the Classmates Science and Technology Education Group, and Mr. Cui Wei, General Manager of its Australia subsidiary, demonstrated the application of their platform in education, medical care, and intelligent management.

The county governor of Jiashan County and the mayor of Danville then signed a memorandum of understanding on the development of friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two sides. Silicon Valley Global and the Jiashan County Guigu Park Management Committee signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The Classmates Science Education Group also signed a letter of intent for project investment with Guigu Park.
