On August 20, 2018, Mr. Xinli Zheng, the Chairman of US-China Economic Development Institute, one of the most influential economists in China and former Deputy Director of Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, visited Silicon Valley Global and New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator and was warmly received by Dr. Cindy Cui, Chairman of Silicon Valley Global and the President New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator,and her team.

Dr. Cui first introduced the mission of Silicon Valley Global and New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator, the development of the key business areas, and the direction of future development. Mr. Zheng was delighted that the key business areas, direction and positioning on which the incubator focused was highly consistent with the direction of industrial upgrading in China and the United States. Then he offered some guidance on the specifics.

Mr. Zheng said that we must make breakthroughs in education and form our own characteristics to help students ameliorate problems like overburden and lack of innovation. In health care, we should bring more international leading technologies back to China so that people could benefit from better medical services. Besides, the current methods of storing new energy were outdated. New foreign technologies could be introduced to improve the use and disposal of resources.

Dr. Cui was very grateful to Mr. Zheng for his guidance and promised that Silicon Valley Global and New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator would integrate the best resources from both countries to help further promote U.S.-China exchange and collaboration.

Later, accompanied by Dr. Cui, Mr. Zheng visited the headquarter of the New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator and the companied solely incubated by the Incubator such as EducationX, RockLeap International, California Prime Food and Wine and several other companies which set up their office at the Incubator.
