Oriented by global cutting-edge technology, it set up a platform for real-time linkage of investment, incubation and communication between China and the United States, focusing on low-carbon clean technology, artificial intelligence, new medicine, and culture & education.
Subsequently, Chairman Yikun Zhang introduced the Teochew International to Dr. Cindy Cui. He said the organization currently has 114 members all over the world. The Convention of Teochew International is held every two years and the right to hold this convention is determined by free and fair vote. In the future, Teo Chew International would focus on the following four sectors: Chaoshang, Chaoxue, Chaobo and Chaoqing. Next year, in 2019, the 20th Teochew International Convention will be hosted by Chao Shan General Association of New Zealand. At that time, guests in the political, business, and academic fields from both home and abroad will attend the convention.

The two sides exchanged ideas and finally reached a preliminary cooperation agreement: the 20th Teochew International Convention will set up a liaison office at New Silicon Valley Offshore Incubator. Zhenrong Lai, Secretary-General of the Chao Chow Business Association San Jose chapter, will be the Director and Ms. Limin Fang will be the Secretary-General. The liaison office can provide facilitation for Teochew people, enterprises, or governments with investment demand to help them land deals and achieve better development.
